Introduced in September 1941, was the arm-eagle that was utilized to differentiate between the four German Railway directorates, the WVD 'Wehrmacht Verkehrsdirektion', the RVD 'Reichsverkehrsdirektion', the HVD 'Hauptverkehrsdirektion', and the RBD 'Reichsbahndirektion'. These four directorates were further broken down into divisions based on important railway yards or areas. This is a worn arm emblem that was worn by members of the "RBD" Kassel.
