The Stichting Winterhulp Nederland (WHN) was the National Socialist organization that during the German occupation had to take over all social assistance as provided by the government, private and church organizations in the Netherlands.

Established on 22 October 1940 by Reich Commissioner Seyss-Inquart. According to Article 2, its purpose was: "It is the task of the Foundation to provide indiscriminate help and support to needy Dutch citizens living in the occupied Dutch territory".

De Stichting Winterhulp Nederland (WHN) was de nationaalsocialistische organisatie die tijdens de Duitse bezetting alle maatschappelijke hulpverlening zoals verleend door de overheid, particuliere en kerkelijke organisaties in Nederland moest overnemen. Opgericht op 22 oktober 1940 door rijkscommissaris Seyss-Inquart. Volgens artikel 2 was het doel:  “Het is de taak der Stichting om de in het bezette Nederlandsche gebied levende behoeftige Nederlandsche staatsburgers zonder aanzien des persoons hulp en ondersteuning te verschaffen”
